Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Cancellations at least 10 days before your scheduled class will be refunded. Less than ten days will NOT be refunded. You may cancel by calling our office at 207.391.0094.
Reschedules must be at least 10 days before your class. You may reschedule by calling our office at 207.391.0094.
Refunds are not offered in the following cases:
If the student chooses to leave the class for any reason.
If the student is asked to leave the class for any reason.
If the student arrives more than 10 minutes late, is not appropriately prepared, (ie. eCourse completion or riding gear) and is therefore unable to participate in class.
If the school is at fault and has to ask a student to reschedule their class, the student will not be offered a refund but will be rescheduled.
LORE Motorcycle Education is regulated by the Secretary of State per Maine law and Motorcycle Safety Foundation Curriculum.
